1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any Developer312 product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. Our products include developer312.com, SEO AI Regent, Eco-Auditor, ProvenanceOS, Sim2Real, PrismDeck, LeanForge, and any other services we offer.

2. Accounts

To use our paid products, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

4. Use of Services

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data at scale without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, and software — are owned by Developer312 and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our products (e.g., pitch decks, reports, analyses). By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Developer312 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.
